These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travel-Madly It's Time! website and the travel planning services we provide. By accessing our site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of Our Services
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and in good faith. You will not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or provide false or inaccurate information when requesting quotes or bookings.
Travel Bookings & Quotes
All quotes, itineraries, and pricing provided by Travel-Madly are estimates based on availability and supplier rates at the time of quoting. Prices, availability, and terms are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid in full. We act as an independent affiliate of Cornerstone Let's Go Travel and as an agent for the travel suppliers we book on your behalf.
Supplier Terms
Each travel supplier — airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, or insurance provider — has its own terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and liability rules. Those supplier terms apply to your booking in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to them at the time of booking.
Payments & Fees
Travel-Madly may charge planning, research, or booking service fees in addition to supplier costs. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before payment is collected. Deposits and final payments are due according to the schedule set by each supplier; missed deadlines may result in cancellation and loss of funds.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the applicable travel suppliers and any travel insurance you purchase. Travel-Madly will assist with cancellations but is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Insurance coverage is provided by third-party insurers under their own policies and is subject to their terms, conditions, and exclusions. Travel-Madly does not underwrite insurance and cannot guarantee claim outcomes.
Passports, Visas & Health
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, required visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents for your destination. Travel-Madly provides guidance but is not liable for denied boarding, entry, or travel disruptions caused by incomplete documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Travel-Madly It's Time! and its affiliates act solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by suppliers, weather, government actions, or other events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees we have charged for a specific booking.
Testimonials & User Content
When you submit a testimonial or photo, you grant Travel-Madly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on our website and marketing materials. You confirm you own the rights to any photo you submit and that the content is accurate and not misleading.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Travel-Madly It's Time! or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Supplier logos and certifications are trademarks of their respective owners.
Seller of Travel Registration

Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
